Penning My Thoughts

Characters: Monkey, elephant and a cat (toys), Small boy, his mother and a toy seller. A short story with moral values for kids.  Age Group:5+ Raju was a 7 year old boy, very intelligent and hard-working. His parents were busy whole day and he used to keep himself busy with his toys.  One day a toy seller comes outside his house and Raju gets fascinated to go out and see. His mother was on phone and he ran out in excitement without making much noise. Raju ( R ) : bhaiya, how much is that monkey for? Toy seller (Ts): If you want it, call your mother! R: I can buy it using my money. Ts: But that's not right little kid. R: I am not so little, I am 7 years old. Ts: (laughing) Ok ok, no worries. Call your elder brother or sister... R: I don't have one.(getting impatient) Ok, keep your monkey to yourself, how much is that elephant for? But before he could reply, Raju interrupted.... No no, leave that. Tell me how much is that cat for? Ts: Rather amused by the little b...

World has turned upside down, Let's flip our sides too... Everything seems falling, Nothing seems in place.... I can feel restlessness.... Oh! Gone are those days! Yes, you heard me right, We all are going through corona virus fight! Firstly the situation didn't look so big, We all wondered, Just for few weeks!! Now weeks have turned to months, And sometimes we feel in jail...... But wait a minute? We haven't yet failed. Everyone is now trying even harder, To connect with nature, To extend a little farther.... To skip unnecessary expenditures, And sticking to basics, Avoiding social contacts, And understanding the facts. Follow your dreams, And connect with yourself, Even though we are isolated, Still keep your self strong and devoted. Never giving up And remaining invincible, Always positive, And being humble. Make these your motto In this quarantine, This phase shall pass too, Everything will be fine! 🙏🏻🙂 Shuchita.

Corona virus aaya hai sinaa taane, Hum sabko, bohut kuch sikhane.... Yun hi faaltu mai mall jana, Mall ja kar paise udaana.... Karna jyada online kharidaari, Lag gayi hai sabko ye bimaari. Bas bhi karo , Thoda ruk jao.... Yun hi nahi apna vakt gavaao. Ye mat choona, Vo mat khaana, Ghar per hi rehna, Kahin bahar mat jaana. Bachon ne banaya hai... Ghar Ko hi gaming zone, T.V, ipad aur khel rahe hain phone. ;P Kya aapne kheli, Unke saath koi board game? Chess, life & monopoly, are few to name. Seekh liya hai bohut kuch, Abb aur preshaan karona... Ghar mai naya virus aaya hai, Jiska naam hai "MummaRona" 😂                                                             Shuchita.🙂
